What You’ll Do

Assist with form setting, concrete pours, finishing, and cleanup.
Operate hand tools and power tools safely and responsibly.
Work with rebar, mixes, and finishing techniques.
Follow instructions from crew leaders to keep projects on schedule.
Help maintain a safe, clean jobsite every single day.

What We’re Looking For

Reliable, punctual, and ready to work hard.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in all weather.
Experience in construction or concrete is helpful but not required — we’ll train the right person.
Team player who takes pride in doing the job right.
